  Rude staff, filthy and smelly shop. I asked what money had been given out and received the reply 'very little', the trustees aren't interested. In response to your question about what day I went in, I can't remember exactly and it wasn't an isolated incident. As for the money, I have checked and you say £10,000 last year (not quite that in 2016 which was a long year for some reason) but the year before it was £13,000. I stand by that I was told by the volunteers. It is no good you saying 'we gave away £10,000 when your volunteers either don't know or don't care.). I won't be going in and I won't be donating anything ever again.
